Cost Accountant will be based onsite at either the PAC Racing
Springs facility in Southfield, Michigan or the Corporate office in
Mentor, Ohio. JOB SUMMARY: The accountant will be responsible for
providing assistance to Operations Controller, Operations
Management and the Accounting Department to insure timely and
accurate reporting. The position is also responsible for the
coordination and reporting of the financial results, and financial
analysis on a monthly basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support closing processes for month-end according to established
deadlines. Support timely and accurate financial reporting as it
relates to operations for statutory and management reporting.
Support in maintaining accurate and up to date costing across the
brands as well as communicate analysis and periodic reporting on
Cost elements. Assist each brand with Inventory analysis and
governance. Support / Propose return calculations for investments
in fixed assets. Provide management with useful financial
information to support strategic initiatives. Preparation of
monthly balance sheet account reconciliations. Track cost savings
projects across RWB internationally. Support Operations preparation
of the annual operating plan and financial budgeting. Assistance
with annual and internal audits. Support intermittent requests for
analysis and data regarding the above. What You'll Get:-- Medical,

degree in accounting/finance. Experience: 1 year of accounting
experience. Cost accounting experience preferred. Computer Skills:
Familiar with Microsoft office suite.Mathematical Abilities:
Ability to model challenging situations in a manufacturing
environment.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills
(both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both
management and non-management associates. Other Skills (Technical,
or Other special knowledge and abilities) Ability to multi-task and
work on several projects simultaneously. Strong attention to
detail, and team player attitude. Ability to take charge of
