Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for an Advanced Management Program with a top Fortune 500 company providing products and services for clients including uniforms, floor care, restroom supplies, first aid and safety products, fire extinguishers and testing, and safety and compliance training.

Position Details:
Title: Advanced Management Candidate
Location: Troy, MI
Shift: M-F; with flex hours/days that are project based, -50 hrs. depending on client needs
Compensation: $80k - $90k
Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Annual bonus, Company phone/computer, Vehicle allowance/package

Position Description:
Advanced Management Candidates will be trained and prepped for Senior Leadership roles. Each assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands-on and designed to teach the fundamentals of that department, to include four major areas: Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3-4 years of leadership experience
Current Driver's License
Ability to relocate will accelerate promotion capability into a General Manager role
