The Client Service Associate position in our Wealth Management department will be responsible for coordination and completion of operational tasks for our clients and advisors. The primary goal of the position is seamless execution, which provides a stable foundation for the department to operate. They will work closely with our team to implement strategies that enhance our client's lives.
We're looking for someone who excels in operational expertise and client service. From account opening and service, to navigating custodial matters, they'll have the chance to work across all spectrums . They need to possess the desire to make things happen behind the scenes and will be comfortable in the role for the long term, building relationships with both clients and advisors. -
Key Responsibilities: -Execute operational tasks with our broker dealer, custodial, and investment partners - Prepare financial planning materials for new and existing client reviews - Interface with clients and prospects regarding questions, requests or situations - Assist in the client on-boarding process and experience - Work with advisors to communicate and execute the planning process - Track and monitor client goals and expectations
Typical Day Might Include: - Implement and communicate operational requests from clients and planners (examples; cash management transfers, account opening, and account maintenance) - Draft and submit paperwork and requests to custodians for processing - Collaborate and communicate with planners about client operational needs - Maintain appropriate documentation and recordkeeping for each client - Self-manage various projects and deadlines to ensure completion
Knowledge and Abilities: - Analytical and process driven - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; must be able to prioritize - Client service and relationship building abilities - Ability to work in a team-focused, collaborative environment
Experience and Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree Preferred - Experience with financial planning software (eMoney preferably) - 3+ Years of Industry experience
