seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our team. As an
Assistant Controller, you will be responsible for assisting the
Controller in the financial management of the company. This
includes managing the financial reporting, budgeting and
forecasting, as well as ensuring compliance with all financial
regulations. The Assistant Controller will also be responsible for
supervising 1-3 team members, performing balance sheet
reconciliations, ad hoc reporting and establishing and enforcing
internal controls and policies. -Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Supervise and manage 1-3 team
membersAssist in the preparation of financial statements and
reportsAssist in the preparation of budgets and forecastsAssist in
the coordination of outside auditsAssist in the management of the
company's accounting systemAssist in the analysis of financial
dataAssist in the preparation of financial reports for
managementEnsure compliance with financial regulationsInteract with
other departments to provide financial informationPerform balance
sheet reconciliations and ad hoc reporting as neededEstablish and
enforce internal controls and policiesAudit workflows to ensure
that all accounting transactions are processed accurately and in
compliance with industry standardsHandle special projects as
requested by managementPerform other duties as assigned -Preferred
Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or
related field3 years of equivalent experienceAdvanced Excel
skillsExperience working with high volume of transactionsExperience
with NetSuite is a plusStrong problem-solving skillsHands-on
approach to workStrong critical thinking and analytical
skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
