Wayne, PA Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $26-$29 per
hour About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly
organized Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is
critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer
orders, maintaining data integrity, and supporting smooth
operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: Enter and process
customer orders accurately into the system. Verify order details,
pricing, and product availability. Communicate with internal teams
and customers to resolve discrepancies or issues. Maintain records
and ensure compliance with company standards. Assist with reporting
and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Previous
experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite and ERP systems (preferred). Excellent communication
and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced
