partnered with a company local to Radnor, PA. We are in search of a
Tax Analyst. The Tax Analyst works closely with Tax Managers, Trust
Administration, Operations, and external tax preparation partners
to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting. This role is
responsible for the filing of tax forms and returns, processing tax
payments and estimates, and maintaining accurate client data and
records for tax preparers. The Tax Analyst also serves as a liaison
between internal teams and external partners, supporting the
coordination and tracking of the tax process. Tax Analyst -
Operations Location: Radnor, PA Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week
in-office, including Wednesdays) Schedule: Monday-Friday,
8:30am-5:30pm EST Salary: $70-$85k Key Responsibilities Perform
ongoing data reviews and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
(including accommodation payments, missing cost basis, retirement
account transactions, and account/beneficiary -level data fields).
Communicate necessary adjustments to internal teams and tax
preparers. Enroll clients in the electronic federal tax payment
system (EFTPS) and assist in processing tax payments. Monitor tax
filings, payments, estimated payments, and invoices from outside
preparers. Review trust documents and accounts to determine proper
tax status and provide necessary information to tax preparers.
Advise Tax Managers and Trust Officers of pertinent tax
implications identified during account reviews. Track and resolve
open questions, provide information for special handling or tax
treatment, and review completed tax forms and returns for accuracy
and timeliness. Respond to notices or communications from tax
authorities and provide relevant information to tax preparers.
Interface with Client Service teams, clients' accountants/tax
professionals, and third-party advisors to clarify information and
respond to inquiries. Provide subject matter expertise on tax forms
and returns, including Schedule K-1, Forms 1099, 1099-R, 5498,
5227, 990, and 1041. Participate in special tax projects related to
individual, retirement, trust, or other accounts. Share expertise
cross-functionally throughout the organization. Qualifications
Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business,
Finance, or similar field. Master's in Tax or equivalent work
experience is a plus. Minimum of 7 years' experience in tax
services. Solid technical knowledge of tax accounting and tax
reporting principles. Experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource or
similar tax software is a plus. Skills / Abilities Strong
organizational skills, accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to
detail. Exceptional aptitude for data scrubbing and reconciliation.
Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning, and problem-solving
skills. Client-service orientation with excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and
prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite,
especially Excel; ability to learn new applications. Flexibility,
self-motivation, and ability to work independently and as part of a
team. High ethical standards and personal integrity. Commitment to
