Job Description Job Description Apartment Leasing Consultant – Ann Arbor, MI (Downtown) Pay: $18.50–$20.00/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Property Type: 116-Unit | High-Rise (11 Floors) | Built 1976 We are seeking a reliable and professional Apartment Leasing Consultant for a downtown Ann Arbor high-rise community. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is customer-service driven, compliance-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, urban environment . Responsibilities: Leasing apartments and assisting prospective and current residents Handling day-to-day administrative duties Strong customer service and resident relations Assisting with compliance paperwork and file organization Answering phones, emails, and handling walk-ins Data entry, filing, and general office support Supporting overall property operations as needed Preferred Qualifications: LIHTC experience preferred (not required) Leasing or strong apartment administrative experience Compliance-oriented and detail-focused Professional communication and organizational skills Comfortable working at a downtown property in a rougher area Ability to work independently and stay organized Why This Role: Stable weekday schedule Consistent hours Opportunity to work at a well-established downtown high-rise community For immediate consideration, please apply today!
