Position Overview: As a Water Treatment Installation and Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service and that their systems operate at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Installation: Install water treatment systems including filtration, softeners, and purifiers at residential and commercial locations. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of water treatment systems to ensure proper operation. Repair: Diagnose and repair system malfunctions, replacing parts as needed to restore functionality. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system functions, offering maintenance tips, and addressing customer concerns. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and repairs, including parts used and labor time. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in water treatment installation and service, or a related field preferred but not required. Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various water treatment systems. Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., Water Treatment Technician Certification) are preferred but not required. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
