Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Land Development Manager to oversee the planning, design,
permitting, and construction of residential, commercial, or
mixed-use land development projects. The ideal candidate will
manage development projects from acquisition through construction,
ensuring that all aspects of the process are executed efficiently,
on schedule, and within budget. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Real
Estate, or related field desired 5 years of experience in land
development, civil engineering, or related field. Proven track
record of managing multiple development projects from inception to
completion. Strong understanding of zoning, entitlement,
permitting, and infrastructure development. Excellent project
management and leadership skills. Strong communication and
interpersonal abilities.
