(LPN) license and minimum 1 years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A temporary nursing
opportunity is available to provide critical support within a K-12
school environment in Rochester, MI. This contract role involves
delivering personalized 1:1 nursing care focused on supporting
young students in a preschool and childcare setting. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide specialized nursing care including
G-tube suctioning and tracheostomy (trach) management - Support
students with potential minimal toileting needs - Maintain student
safety and well-being throughout assigned shifts - Comply with
district onboarding requirements including obtaining a district
badge and completing onsite fingerprinting - Report punctually to
provide coverage during specified dates and hours Qualifications
and Skills: - Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification with experience in school
nursing preferred - Demonstrated competence in tracheostomy care
and G-tube suctioning procedures - Ability to work independently
while maintaining effective communication with school staff and
families - Flexibility to cover assigned half-day shifts Schedule
and Duration: - Contract role for leave coverage - Half-day shifts
from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Coverage dates in February, March,
April, and May as follows: February: 3, 9, 12, 17, 19 March: 5, 11
April: 7, 9, 10 May: 7 The position requires submission of
acceptance by 8:00 AM or at the start of the school day on assigned
dates. This role offers an opportunity to support student health
and safety in a focused, contract-based capacity within an
