Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available at a middle
school in Plymouth, MI, with a full-time schedule from April 15
through the end of the school year. This position offers a Monday
through Friday schedule, 8:15 AM to 3:09 PM, supporting
approximately 57 students. Key responsibilities include providing
comprehensive speech and language therapy services, collaborating
closely with an on-site SLP to assist with testing, and supporting
students in three Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classrooms.
Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
devices is a valuable asset in this role. Qualifications: - Hold a
valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language
Pathologist - Prior experience working with school-aged children,
especially middle school students - Familiarity with ASD student
needs and AAC technology - Strong assessment and therapy planning
skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with other
professionals and educational staff Responsibilities: - Deliver
individualized speech and language therapy interventions to
students across various needs - Conduct assessments and develop
appropriate treatment plans - Work closely with another SLP to
support testing and evaluations - Maintain detailed documentation
and progress reports - Participate actively in multidisciplinary
team meetings and planning This position offers the experience of
