TRIARQ Health is a visionary and dynamic company focused on partnering with doctors and health care professionals to strengthen independent practices. We are looking for a VP of Growth (Sales & Marketing). TRIARQ is fast paced with a high sense of urgency.
The Vice President of Growth is ultimately responsible for revenue generation, customer acquisition, and retention across all customer segments. You'll report to and work directly with our CEO to meet and exceed goals across all active markets.
Responsibilities:

Define a company-wide growth plan, work cross-functionally to deliver on the growth plan, and continually optimize the plan to reduce customer acquisition cost while maximizing revenue.
Create and implement a marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets. Drive the marketing roadmap to grow new customers as well as engage and grow existing customers.
Lead a high performing team comprised of both sales and marketing individuals that meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. Deliver on the growth plan and strategic initiatives across various functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships.
Use data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness; Report of all Growth KPIs.
Create, contribute, and provide oversight to customer facing proposals, content, and strategy, guiding the sales team to win customer pursuits, and participate in contract negotiations as needed.
Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.
Stay well-connected with current customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle and general client success.
Collaborate with offer management and the management team on positioning, messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Create, change and/or implement incentives structures across sales teams that drive profitable deal volume.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of leadership in sales or marketing experience with a track record of exceeding targets required.
5-7 years experience in healthcare required
MBA or related master's degree preferred
