Your Role You're an organized individual with Product Management experience who must have a consumer-first mindset, a strong understanding of digital shopping behavior with a an eye to data driving and informing decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work with internal and external teams to drive enhancements to drive conversion. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer. You will oversee the execution of marketing efforts and be a liaison of internal and external stakeholders to manage and identify areas of improvement and issues. Most importantly, you will develop relationships with the operations and customer service teams to help drive customer growth and identify areas for improvement.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive pay and generous benefits, including:

    • Manage the product roadmap and backlog for digital product
    • Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best in class digital products
    • Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers and research teams from end to end of the process.
    • Participate in market research, validation, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
    • Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
    • Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
    • Partner with the executive teams to identify key capabilities and budgets needed as well as identifying potential issues
    • Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
    • Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
    • Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors
    • Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvementsExpectations
      • Must excel in a team-based environment, while delivering independent results
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
      • Must be in the office at least two days a week
      • Must be self-motivated and bring a can-do attitude to the jobQualifications
        • Either a B.S. or B.A. degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
        • At least five years of marketing or strategy development experience
        • Account or project management experience is preferred
