Job Title: Concierge Medical Practice Manager


Location: Royal Oak, MI

Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Medical Practice Manager to lead our concierge medical practice. As the Medical Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions and managing the day-to-day operations of the practice. You will work closely with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure the highest quality of care and service.


Responsibilities:


- Manage and oversee daily operations of the medical practice, including scheduling, billing, collections, and patient intake processes

- Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure efficient and effective practice operations with the physician.

- Ensure that administrative staff are properly trained and adhere to practice protocols

- Oversee patient communication and educate staff on the importance of excellent customer service

- Maintain patient records and ensure that all HIPAA regulations are followed

- Troubleshoot technical issues relating to the EMR, Quickbooks, and Microsoft software and keep them up-to-date

- Coordinate with physicians to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources

- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, including medical equipment and office supplies

- Organize and oversee patient events and marketing initiatives

- Organize and manage building and facility operations.


Requirements:


- 3-5 years of experience in a medical practice management role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks

- Experience in EMR management (EPIC and Practice Fusion is a plus)

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws

- Strong leadership and team management skills

Pay: $48,263.56 - $60,000.00 per year
