Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding
healthcare inquiries
Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers with
their issues
Maintain punctuality and be present at the desk for the duration of
shifts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
At least 6 months of customer service experience
Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program with 100%
attendance
Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing
test
Completion of a background check is required
