qualified CVICU RN in Rochester, Michigan, 48307! Pay Information
$2,488 per week About The Position Job Title: RN Profession:
Nursing Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7p - 7:30a Hours
per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience
License: Current licensure by the state board of nursing
Certifications: Current ACLS and BLS certifications Must-Have: -
Competency in managing Impella, IABP, and post-op open-heart
patients - Ability to work every other weekend Description:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality
compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide,
delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and
families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family
information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding
solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures
implementation of solutions. Possesses clinical knowledge and
analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care
plans within the unit or department. Ability to perform a wide
variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively
communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required. A
