Position Overview: Join a high-performing anesthesia team at a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center in Metro Detroit. This full-time employed CRNA position is ideal for experienced professionals seeking stability, flexibility, and a collaborative care environment. Outpatient-only setting – no weekends, no call! Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts (longer shifts available) 100% hands-on practice (IV, inhalation, regional anesthesia) Patients span all age groups and ASA classifications Collaborative team environment with MDs and surgical staff EPIC EMR system Travel to nearby ambulatory sites may be occasionally required Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $238,368 ($114.60/hour) $20,000 Starting Bonus ?
