Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Psychiatric Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of recent psychiatric nursing experience BLS certification (required) CPI/MAB or de-escalation training (preferred) Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities Job Summary The Psychiatric Registered Nurse (Psych RN) is responsible for providing comprehensive mental health nursing care to patients with psychiatric, emotional, and behavioral disorders. The role requires a minimum of two years of psychiatric nursing experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to deliver safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered care in a mental health setting.
