Registered Nurse for a Case Management position. This role involves
managing patient care in an acute rehabilitation setting. The ideal
candidate will have at least one year of case management
experience. Responsibilities include coordinating patient services
and ensuring quality care. Candidates must be able to handle a
caseload of approximately 14 patients. Business casual attire is
required for this position. This position does not require floating
