Doctor of Medicine | Hematology and Oncology Location: Saginaw, MI Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A well-established, multidisciplinary cancer care program in Saginaw, Michigan is seeking two full-time Hematology Oncology Physicians to join a growing, hospital-employed team. These permanent opportunities are driven by increased patient volume and program expansion, offering a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care. Practice Highlights: Full-scope Hematology and Medical Oncology Approximately 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient Case mix: ~70% solid tumor, 30% hematology Average outpatient volume: ~25 patients per clinic day Average inpatient census: 5–10 patients Dedicated inpatient unit and multidisciplinary cancer center model Strong APP support with inpatient NPs Dedicated MA and clinic RN per physician Peer-to-peer collaboration with a nationally recognized oncology network Teaching and academic opportunities with nearby medical students and residents Occasional coverage at satellite clinics may be required EMR: EPIC Schedule: Monday–Thursday: Clinic 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: Half administrative day or overflow clinic Weekend call rotation: Friday 4:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain) DEA license (must be obtained prior to start) CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) NPDB report dated within the last 30–60 days Open to new graduates and experienced physicians Benefits Base compensation: $525,000 – $625,000 (MGMA-based, experience dependent) Guaranteed salary for the first two years , transitioning to RVU-based model $50,000 sign-on bonus Potential productivity bonus Relocation assistance up to $15,000 Student loan repayment and educational stipends available Professional liability coverage Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability Life insurance Paid CME with covered professional expenses 37 days of paid time off annually (CME, holidays, sick, vacation)
