provide home care and hospice services to patients in the Livonia,
MI area. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to

times. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients
receiving home care and hospice services. Communicate effectively
in Arabic to ensure clear understanding with patients and their
families. Assess patient health status and develop individualized
care plans. Monitor and document patient progress and report
changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by physicians. Offer emotional support and
education to patients and their families regarding care and symptom
management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to
ensure coordinated care. Comply with all healthcare regulations,
policies, and standards of practice. Requirements Valid nursing
license (RN or LPN) in the state of Michigan. Fluency in Arabic
(spoken and written) is required. Experience in home care or
hospice nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and
communication skills. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to
care. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the Livonia
