Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Mount Clemens, MI Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,038 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide critical care for high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ICU environment Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition using advanced equipment and protocols Administer medications, manage ventilators, and care for central lines, arterial lines, and drains Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Document accurately and timely using EPIC or facility-specific EHR system Educate and support patients and families during critical care situations Requirements 2 years of ICU RN experience Active Michigan RN license (LARA Nursys verification required) Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA only) Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
