Details - Speech Pathology unit in a hospital setting - Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - 9-week contract Requirements - Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license (license required if applicable) - ASHA certification required - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist - Current BLS and ACLS certifications - Valid driver's license with photo ID - Tuberculosis test records and Hepatitis vaccine records required for consideration - Influenza vaccination or signed declination required for consideration - Drug screen required for consideration - DOB and SSN required for consideration Additional Information - Background check required - Skills checklist from agency required - Local candidates are accepted for this position - EMR experience may be required — candidates should have experience on the facility's designated EMR system American Traveler Job ID P-681381.
