hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Submission Requirements - 2
years of Med Surg experience - [REQUIRED] - Med/Surg Observation
Experience - [REQUIRED] - Recent travel work experience - [HIGHLY
PREFERRED] - Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider
local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction, for ONLY 1-13week
contract) - ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF
SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after
time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal /
Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer) Profile
Requirements: - Work History - Skills Checklist, current to 1 year,

Supervisory Reference Forms Completed within the last two years -
