Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel Sterile Processing
Technician for a travel job in Royal Oak, Michigan. Job Description
& Requirements - Specialty: Sterile Processing Technician -
Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/20/2026 -
Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, evenings
- Employment Type: Travel Shift - Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Length: 8 hours per day - Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
Key Responsibilities - Prep & Pack: Reassemble, wrap, and process
surgical instruments and stock for surgery/CPD. - Decontamination:
Clean and decontaminate patient care equipment and surgical
instruments according to regulatory standards. - Case Carts:
Assemble sterile instrumentation and supplies for surgical
procedures; check and rotate stock. - Sterilization: Perform steam
and Sterrad sterilization procedures; conduct biological testing of
sterilizers. - Coordination: Ensure timely preparation of equipment
for scheduled procedures. - Other Duties: Assist with additional
tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor. - Customer Service:
Maintain 100% adherence to Corewell Health service standards.
Experience & Skills/nMinimum 2 years as RRT in all cardiopulmonary
services./nSkilled in: ventilators, ICU, ED, blood gases, floor
therapies, nebulizers, inhalers./nMust be able to work
independently on shift./nEPIC EMR experience required./nMust have
own vehicle./nEducation/nGraduate of AMA-approved Respiratory
Therapy school./nCertifications/nRRT (NBRC)/nBLS, ACLS, PALS
(AHA)/nLicensing/nNew Hampshire license required (Compact license
