Compensation: $65,000 - $115,000 yearly benefits Responsibilities: Your Role at Reset Provide Care That Actually Transforms Meet with clients virtually and in-person, bringing your full expertise and authentic presence Integrate therapeutic modalities that honor the mind-body connection (somatic work, EMDR, art therapy, mindfulness practices- whatever serves the client's healing) Full Time: Maintain a caseload of 20 clients per week (1,040 sessions annually) and allocate up to 30 working hours weekly, including sessions, admin, and team meetings Stay Curious, Stay Growing Engage in weekly consultations with colleagues who genuinely care about your development Pursue continuing education that lights you up Live the values you teach. Who can hold space for both deep trauma work and spontaneous laughter in session. Who stay curious about the latest neuroscience, somatic interventions, and embodied healing practices because you're genuinely excited about helping people heal at the deepest levels. You intuitively understand regulation. You're trauma-informed. You can attune to what's happening beneath the words. And you're not afraid to bring your full, authentic self into the room, whether that means incorporating movement, breathwork, art, or simply being present with someone's pain in a way that feels genuinely human.
