We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, providing therapy and support for children with autism. In this role, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and cognitive disorders in patients under the age of 6. You’ll work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure meaningful outcomes for every child. Compensation: $75,000 per year Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ speech, language, and cognitive abilities. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans. Design and deliver individualized therapy plans to meet each child’s needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Qualifications: Prior experience with pediatric populations, preferably in autism therapy. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of speech and language anatomy. Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant credentials. Skilled in speech therapy techniques, Gestalt Language Processing, and AAC device usage.
