As an Assembly Team Member, you will be responsible for working with the RPB Team in a multi-facet warehouse and manufacture role. RPB values a rewarding and inclusive culture, and we are looking for candidates who can contribute to those values by maintaining a positive and hardworking attitude Responsibilities Include: Light assembly of safety products Inspection of parts Production record keeping and reporting as needed Monitoring the upkeep and cleanliness of assembly lines Supports Production Team Members to ensure efficiency and productivity demands are met Additional factory duties as assigned Because RPB ships globally and on a same day basis, this role will be critical to ensure accuracy of assembly and production functions are met at all times We are willing to train the right candidate who WANTS to learn and grow Requirements Include: Able to work in a fast-paced environment Time-management and organizational skills Works well under pressure Team player Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts On-site work at corporate warehouse, this is not a remote position Hours are 7am until 3:30pm Reports to Production Manager Qualities Include: Knowledge of basic computer skills Dexterity and attention to detail Warehouse/assembly experience is a plus Forklift license is a plus Why Work for RPB?
