  • Manage full cycle recruiting in partnership with field operations leadership to determine staffing needs.
  • Review and qualify applicant resumes according to hiring manager needs.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, in-person) between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Coordinate assessments and references, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Deliver and explain offer letters, including benefits and compensation details.
  • Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels to attract candidates.
  • Support pre-employment screenings and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Manage college and university partnership programs.
  • Assist with internal employee transfer processes in partnership with HR.
  • Follow up for feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders to achieve staffing goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage candidate activity and resume files in Workday ATS.Requirements:
  • 4-year College Degree (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably across operational industries.
  • Some travel required.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Skills and Abilities:
    • Knowledge of employment standards, employee relations, and onboarding.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High attention to detail and confidentiality.Physical and Working Conditions:
      • Ability to handle heavy call volume and lift up to 20 pounds.
