Job Description:
A growing company based out of East Lansing, MI.We are looking
for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our apartment complexes
in the Royal Oak, MI area!!Responsiblity included but no limited to
regular maintenance and preparing units for move in. Skills needed
plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair. HVAC
helpful.Looking for a person with good interpersonal skills and
simple computer skills. Must have own tools and vehicle.$20 per
