Your RoleRPM, the Driving Force in Logistics™, is looking for the ultimate team player who will create value in any situation. The Customer Operations Representative works directly with the Account Manager to ensure all customers are given the RPM experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, contacts, and facilities
• Manage daily shipments and take responsibility for ensuring all shipment details are reviewed and communicated internally
• Coordinate, and schedule, with all parties involved on each shipment
• Proactively communicate service updates and address issues if they occur, in a timely manner
• Document processes and best practices

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have heavy haul, large haul, flatbed specialized or open deck experience
    • 3+ years Logistic Sales Experience
