Your Role

The Operations Representative role is integral to our continued success and mission to remove the complexity from logistics. You need to be a team player, dedicated to your customer, passionate about our industry, and disciplined to do what it takes to get the job done. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Understand growth strategy, goals, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and struggle points of all assigned accounts
  • Establish new and strengthen existing customer relationships through arranging, scheduling, and resolving issues
  • Manage daily shipments in our transportation management system software ensuring on-time pick-up and delivery every time
  • Handle customer operational requirements by building orders, covering shipments, providing track & trace, billing, and collections.
  • Understand market trends and industry standards to facilitate spot and contracted pricing, as well as educate customers as needed.
