Therapy Services Location: Within 1 hour of Detroit, MI (Southeast
Michigan Territory) Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 base
competitive commissions About the Role A rapidly growing infusion
therapy provider is seeking a driven Account Executive to develop
and manage relationships with specialty clinics across Southeast
Michigan. This individual will sell home infusion therapy services
to clinics in Neurology, GI, Dermatology, Immunology, and
Rheumatoid Arthritis, with a strong focus on new patient starts and
territory growth. If you're a competitive, hunter-minded sales
professional who thrives in the healthcare space and excels at
building trust and long-term partnerships, this is a high-impact
role with strong earning potential. Key Responsibilities Client
Acquisition: Identify, target, and develop new business
opportunities within Neurology, GI, Immunology, Dermatology, and
Rheumatology clinics. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain
strong relationships with physicians, clinic administrators, and
key decision-makers. Territory Management: Manage a defined
Southeast Michigan territory, focusing on account growth and new
patient starts. Sales Presentations: Deliver tailored sales
presentations and proposals to communicate the value of infusion
therapy services. Market Knowledge: Stay informed on infusion
therapy trends, competitor offerings, and specialty clinic needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide feedback to internal teams
to enhance service delivery and patient experience. Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and CRM
documentation. Professional Development: Stay current with clinical
and therapeutic trends relevant to specialty clinics (Neurology,
GI, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Immunology). Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related
field. 3 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably selling
into Neurology, GI, Immunology, or Rheumatology clinics.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong hunter
mentality with the ability to independently manage and grow a
territory. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and
relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and
Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel within the Southeast
